Radiant Together is a trans-led consultancy which works with companies, research institutions, and organisations across Europe to build LGBTQ+ inclusive workplaces where every person can show up as themselves.
In many parts of the world (and closer to home than we'd like to think) the freedom to be yourself is still contested and fought for every day. The workplace is one space where we can choose to do better. Not because it is required, but because it is right.

We offer live and online talks and workshops on LGBTQ+ inclusion for research institutes and companies. Our talks are designed to build a shared vocabulary, introduce the frameworks that make inclusion legible, and create the conditions for more honest conversations within your organization.

Understanding inclusion is not the same as practicing it. Our consulting work supports organizations in identifying where the gaps are and what to do about them: policies, physical infrastructure, onboarding processes, communication practices, and the cultural norms that no policy document fully captures. We work with DEI officers, HR teams, and leadership to move from intention to concrete, measurable change.
Our Annual Program makes us your standing inclusion partner for the year. Instead of a one-off event, you get ongoing support: talks and workshops, consultations, but also a direct line for questions whenever they come up, online modules (PDF and video) for your whole team, and access to our network of queer professionals.
Inclusion isn't a single event, it's something you build over time, and we're there for the whole journey.

Nemo has a PhD in Neuroscience and is the creator and host of the edutainment Youtube channel “Dr. NEMO”.
As a non-binary and neurodivergent person, Nemo knows firsthand what inclusion feels like when it works, and what it costs when it doesn't. That experience is what drives their deep and persistent desire to build a world where everyone gets to belong.
Associate Speaker (Freelance)
Sofia is a cell biologist and freelance speaker. She holds an MSc in cell biology and works as a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research. Outside the lab, she is a dancer and an enthusiast photographer.
Sofia is pansexual and multicultural. Through queer advocacy, she discovered that helping people feel included is one of the most rewarding things a person can do. That sense of purpose is what led her to collaborate with Radiant Together.
