Talks

We offer talks (live, online or precorded) on LGBTQ+ inclusion for research institutes and companies. Our talks are designed to build a shared vocabulary, introduce the frameworks that make inclusion legible, and create the conditions for more honest conversations within your organization.

Topics include LGBTQ+ history, gender identity and expression, pronoun use, restroom infrastructure, micro-aggressions, and best inclusive practices.

Consulting

Understanding inclusion is not the same as practicing it. Our consulting work supports organizations in identifying where the gaps are and what to do about them: policies, physical infrastructure, onboarding processes, communication practices, and the cultural norms that no policy document fully captures. We work with DEI officers, HR teams, and leadership to move from intention to concrete, measurable change.
